End of Summer Block Party

Summer is almost over, so we’re sending it off the Velvet Rabbit way.

Join us for the Velvet Rabbit End of Summer Block Party, a community gathering where everyone is welcome — whether you’re in recovery, sober curious, or just looking for a place to enjoy a fun day without alcohol or substances.

This event is all about celebrating the idea that life can still be joyful, social, and full of connection without substances. Last year’s block party brought together people from all walks of life, and this year we’re hoping to make it even bigger.

While we’re still finalizing details, you can expect a relaxed, festival-style atmosphere with things like:

• Local small businesses and vendors
• Food and sweet treats
• Games and activities
• Music and community connection
• A welcoming environment for anyone who wants to have fun substance-free

The Velvet Rabbit exists to build spaces where people in recovery and the broader community can come together, and this event is one of our favorite ways to do that.

More details will be announced as we get closer to the event — but for now, save the date and plan to celebrate the end of summer with us.

Interested in being a vendor or partner?
We’ll be opening vendor spots for small businesses, food trucks, and community organizations soon. If you’d like to be involved, stay tuned or reach out to us.

Velvet Rabbit Fall Pumpkin Patch Meetup

Fall is one of the best times of the year to slow down, get outside, and enjoy the little things — crisp air, warm drinks, and pumpkins.

This event is open to anyone who wants to spend a fall afternoon in good company — whether you're in recovery, sober curious, or simply looking for a way to connect with others without alcohol or substances.

While final details and the exact location are still being confirmed, the idea is the same as always:
just good people, good conversation, and a cozy fall day together.

Expect things like:
• Pumpkin picking
